Shipping policy

Processing Time
Each rug is custom handmade to order unless marked as "ready to ship" or "premade", with a build time of 1-4 weeks. Upon ordering, I’ll provide you with a projected ETA based on current demand. For rush orders, please include your required date at checkout, and I’ll do my best to accommodate. I will give you a projected build date finish when ordering a custom rug e.g., if you're rug is smaller or not as complex, I can have these finished within a week and vice versa.

Domestic Shipping
We offer free express shipping on all domestic orders via Australia Post (AusPost). Delivery typically takes 1-3 days after dispatch. You’ll receive tracking details via email to monitor your rug’s journey. You can also log into your shopify account on the website to track your order.

International Shipping
International orders ship via AusPost or DHL standard, with an option to upgrade to express for a small fee. Estimated delivery times by region:

• Standard Shipping: 7-14 days to major countries and cities
• Express Shipping (upgrade): 2-6 days to major countries and cities
