    We review your custom order and quote you shortly after. Sizing, colours, styles are all completely customisable.

    After payment, we create your tufted rug within 1-2 weeks and ship it out with complementary express shipping.

Can I order my own custom design?

Hi, thanks for checking out Tuff Tufts! We most certaintly do custom designs. Most of our work is custom designs for individuals or businesses. If you have a custom design you would like to create a rug from, please send us a picture of your design on Instagram (@tufftuftss) and we can provide you with a quote!

How long is your build time?

From when we receive payment it is roughly 1-2 weeks build time depending on how many commissions we currently have in progress. We ship all of our orders with free express shipping worldwide so you can expect your order within roughly 2 weeks from purchase date!
